If men do not create spaces in which they themselves feel good,
then how is anyone supposed to feel good in those spaces?
Men create homes, workplaces, cities, structures, relationships and living conditions.
If they do not take care of themselves while creating them,
a space is born that works against everyone inside it.
Starting with the men who built it.
A man who feels bad does not contain that state within himself.
His tension passes into the way he thinks.
Into the way he speaks.
Into every decision he makes.
Into every relationship he enters.
Into every rule he sets.
Into everything he creates and everything he maintains.
A man who does not take care of himself becomes tired.
Tense. Stressed. Adrenaline-driven.
He stops building.
He starts surviving.
And then the space begins to survive too.
Pressure appears where there should be breathing room.
Control where there should be trust.
Irritability where there should be patience.
Conflict where there should be rest.
Men create the space,
but they do not create it in a way that allows them to feel good within it.
Then they spend their energy repairing the effects of their own tension
instead of noticing that the tension was laid into the foundations from the very first day.
You cannot create a healthy place while ignoring the health of the people who build it.
You cannot create peace without first finding your own.
You cannot create safety while living permanently in survival mode.
Taking care of men is not an addition to a shared space.
It is the foundation.
When men create a space in which they themselves can feel good,
in which they can rest, recover, and take care of one another,
then what emerges is not just a place.
It is an architecture whose foundations are ready
for something survival mode can never produce.
Evolution.
