Do you see the effect?

Your father’s hands.
The way he sat down in the evening and stood up in the morning.

The sound he made while lifting something he should not have lifted alone.

When someone asked how he was, he said: fine.

You use the same word.
You learned it from him before you knew you were learning.

He carried what culture wrote into his duties.
The poor father carried it.
The rich father carried it.

Different loads, the same shoulders, the same silence.

Nature gave you this body to live in it. Not to pay with it.

In Nature the body is not a debt, strength is not a fee, and masculinity is not tribute owed for acceptance.

How did your father feel?
How did your grandfather live when they gave themselves away instead of caring for themselves?

You do not have to guess.
You saw the answer in the eyes, the back, the evenings — in the tiredness that later appeared in your own mirror.

Care for your masculinity, your body, your sex and your brotherhood.

The body you were born in is not an accident.
The male body is magnificent, and Nature never said that magnificence must be spent as payment.

Other men carry the same form.
A man who finds them no longer has to use himself up alone.

The life of a man does not change by repeating the past.
It changes when he looks at what the past produced and chooses another direction.

What did your father carry that you do not want your son to inherit?
